My name is Daniel Papatriantafyllou , I am 35 years old from Greece and I am a professional chef specializing in modern Greek Kitchen. My range is in global kitchen, it's not nice to put labels on things but it just happen for me to be Greek and this was the first kitchen that I have learned.

I have been in the field of gastronomy for nearly 16 years and have been feeling a lot of emotions positive and negative, but at the end of the day I have a smile on my face. As a judge at my work I am strict, pay attention to detail and perfectionist. Due to my professional background in culinary and my passion for cooking, I will give you one tip: Use LOCAL products !
